We accept payment via Credit card or Debit card. A confirmation email will be sent after payment is made and your bus pass will also appear in the "Passes" tab.
For monthly pass holders who have selected for auto-renew, payment will be deducted on 20th of each month. However, if our system is unable to charge your credit/debit card due to some error, you will receive a notification/email from us. You will then have to repurchase the monthly pass manually. You can check in your passes tab in our Sharetransport App if your Monthly pass is successfully renewed.
We strictly do not accept any cash payments.
