Lost
Please do drop us an email (info@sharetransport.sg) with the following details:
- Service code
- Description of lost/found item
- The area on the bus where the item was lost
Our customer service representative will get in contact with the driver to conduct a thorough search of the bus, paying close attention to the area in which the item was lost.
If the item is found, you may collect it from the driver the next time you board the bus. As our operators may have another route, we are not able to arrange for a separate trip to pass the item to you.
Please be assured we will do all we can to help you get your item back, but please note that ShareTransport is not responsible for items lost during rides.
Found
Our drivers have been instructed to report all items found on the bus. Should we be able to identify the owner of the item immediately, our customer service representative will contact the owner.
Any found items not claimed within 1 week will be disposed of.
